Town Fall Festival

These photos were taken at our town's little Fall Festival a few weeks ago. We went on a Saturday afternoon - hence the girl's Florida Gator attire :) Evie's primary festival goal is always, "Must get face painted, must get face painted, MUST GET FACE PAINTED!" And so we spend a good bit of time in lines and shelling out $3.00 at these sorts of events ;) I'm late getting these photos up, but they were just too fun to skip over, so enjoy! I've been playing a serious game of "blog catch-up" lately! I hope you don't mind taking a few "mini time machine trips" back to events that happened over the past few weeks. I still have one more "Anabelle's Birthday Party" post coming and some more Fall goodies to share so just hang in there with me! I hope to be caught up by Thanksgiving so that I can "blog properly" through the holidays. For this post though, I want to leave you with one last little fall festival nugget... a local church always sets up these hilariously AWESOME sets complete with characters and then offers to take a free family photo. Too fantastically campy to turn down! Yes! So, here we are with with our family friend and best baby sitter, Emily, who we forced into our portrait, plus we are joined by Fantastic Mr. and Mrs. Fox (and by the way, Fantastic Mr. Fox is currently our family's favorite movie - be sure to ask Anabelle to say "fox" if you think it's funny to hear babies talk like sailors!)
