Goodbyes

Goodbyes...... are hard

My "baby" brother Reed left to go back to Germany on Tuesday. Saying "goodbye" is lame - no fun - really stinks. We crammed a lot into the week that Reed was here, we had lots of other family and friends come in town over the weekend, and we went to Island's of Adventure in Orlando during the week, but it's never enough time for me! I wish we all lived in the same place!

While we're talking about goodbyes... as of yesterday morning Evie has started crying about being left at school. Not just crying, but a really heart wrenching sob in which she begs for me to stay with her. She still loves school, she just wants me to stay. I had to sing God Bless America (her new favorite song) in the car this morning to keep her from crying :( It's been intense and I have cried a lot too. I hate to see her feeling so sad. Her teacher says that Evie is doing fine shortly after I leave and she's great in class - we're just really struggling with morning separation time. I would really appreciate your prayers!
