On Catching Up and Crying

Needless to say, I've been really behind on orders lately, and behind on life in general. I sent these sweet bag tags out with my late shipments today as a way to say "thanks for hanging in there for me". I've thankfully spent most of today feeling like myself. I checked a couple of items off of my list last night, and Mom and I finished Anabelle's birthday invitations tonight... sigh of relief! If you're waiting on an e-mail, or for me to return a call, I will - I promise. I'm a one step at a time chick these days. I am going to go ahead and close my custom orders for September, October is filling up, and I'm only going to take one or two in December. All of that to say, if you want something before Christmas, let me know quick!

Tomorrow is Pete's memorial, I still have not really cried and that lump in the back of my throat is turning into a first class TMJ headache! After a week of re-hydrating, I need to cry again, it's time. Katie is coming this weekend, I can hardly wait! I fully expect the next couple of days to be filled with side splitting laughter and heartbreaking tears, but I'm so ready. I've allowed numbness to creep in, and honestly I'd rather weep.

God is carrying me through right now. I've been very absent minded and spacey (I forgot to feed Evie lunch yesterday, poor skinny kid!) I apologize for such a choppy and unorganized post, such are my thoughts these days! I love you Friends, thanks for loving me!
