It's an exciting and unsettling time as we will be leaving our home of five years, and moving to "renovation world" (PLUS welcoming a new baby at the same time). We've spent the last two weeks making phone calls, ordering flooring, hiring contractors, recruiting friends to help, and getting ready for the move. I've been very busy for a girl on bed rest. My mom has been the biggest help ever, she has managed to do the nearly impossible task of packing our entire house while caring for a 2.5 year old at the same time -whew! There's no doubt that we'd be lost without the help of our friends and family. Meanwhile, I've had fun choosing paint colors and floors for the new house, we'll be making changes to the bedrooms and main living spaces right away, but the kitchen and bathrooms will have to wait for a little while. Many of our friends and family have graciously offered to help and there is plenty to be done; painting, cleaning up the the yard, pressure washing, etc. We're very happily excepting any offers of assistance! I still just can't seem to make sense of God's timing, but I really need to just trust Him. This could be my last post for while, but I'll try to update when I can - so long as life doesn't get any crazier!

The floors look great..I like that color....My best friend moved into a new house and had her baby 2 days later. She already had a special needs 4 1/2 year old. She survived so I offer that encouragement to you.
