A few weeks ago we went to my hometown of Pensacola to celebrate my cousin Logan's high school graduation, and to spend the rest of the week vacationing.
My cousin had a beautiful graduation dinner at a local restaurant. His girlfriend Chloe (who works for a florist) designed and made the gorgeous arrangements.
The long table was covered in precious childhood photos of Logan
And here he is now (all 6+ feet of him!) ready to go to his graduation!
Evie (having just graduated from pre-k) was really excited for him ;)
The rest of the week was spent in true beach bum style with Katie and the kids who drove down from Texas.
We made multiple trips to PegLeg Pete's on the beach where we ate loads of seafood, while the kids played on the playground and "dance partied" with a group of local school teachers.
Check out that move!
Annie was all about the sandy playground at PegLeg's
Enough to eat the sand ;)
And of course we played at the beach!
Look how happy the are!
Ha!
It was Fiesta week while we were in town, so we all went to a parade downtown one night.
While we waited for the parade to start, we taught the kids how to cheer for beads
They caught on pretty fast
Plus they got good enough to even score some bears ;)
And here are some of the "grown-up" cousins with our parade loot. Don't ask what we had to do to score all those beads :)
It was such a fun trip!
FYI: I have an ultrasound tomorrow and we are hoping to find out who Baby is! Stay tuned!
